IPTV Ferran · Last updated: 17 August 2026
This Privacy Policy describes how the IPTV Ferran application (hereinafter, "the App", "we", "us") collects, uses, shares and protects its users' information. By installing or using the App, you accept the practices described in this document.
This data allows us to provide you with history, favourites, playlists, recommendations and synchronisation across your devices.
These are used to manage your session, security, simultaneous connection limits and the cast-to-TV (multi-device) feature.
Precise location (GPS), contacts, messages/SMS, calendar, health data or financial data. The App does not show advertising and does not use third-party advertising or tracking SDKs.
We do not sell or rent your personal data, nor do we use it for advertising purposes.
The App requests permissions only when they are necessary for a specific feature:
Each profile may optionally link a YouTube (Google) account or a Spotify account so that the App's YouTube section shows recommendations based on your own interests instead of generic categories. Linking is voluntary, it is not required in order to use the App, and you can undo it at any time.
IPTV Ferran uses YouTube API Services. By linking your YouTube account you also accept the YouTube Terms of Service. How Google handles your information is described in the Google Privacy Policy.
Access is read-only. We never write anything to your account: we do not upload videos, we do not create or modify playlists, we do not comment, we do not subscribe and we do not change any setting.
From your subscriptions and liked videos we derive a list of interests (channel names and topics) which we store on our servers, associated with your profile. We use it for one purpose only: to choose and order the recommendation rows in the App's YouTube section. When you then choose to watch one of those videos, the App opens it in the official YouTube app and playback happens there. We do not sell it and do not share it with third parties, we do not use it for advertising and we do not use it to train artificial intelligence models. While the account remains linked, this information is refreshed approximately every 6 hours, and it is never kept for more than 30 days without being refreshed or deleted.
We read your most-listened artists and tracks, your recently played tracks, your saved library and the artists you follow, and we use them in the same way: to derive interests for the recommendation rows. We do not modify anything in your Spotify account.
In the App, go to Settings → Linked accounts and choose "Unlink". This immediately deletes from our servers the access token and all the interests derived from that account. You can also revoke the App's access from your Google account's permissions page or, for Spotify, from your Spotify apps page.
We do not sell your data. It is only shared in the following cases:
jellytogether.com).We retain your data for as long as your account remains active. You may request at any time access to, correction of or deletion of your account and personal data by writing to info@jellytogether.com. We will handle your request in accordance with applicable law. Data obtained from linked accounts is deleted as soon as you unlink the account, as described in section 4.
The App is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children under that age. If you believe a child has provided us with data, please contact us so we can delete it.
Depending on your jurisdiction (for example, the GDPR in the European Union), you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to the processing of your data, as well as to data portability. To exercise these rights, write to info@jellytogether.com.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the revised version on this same page, indicating the date of the last update at the top.
